And yes, one of those things is my Bible. Mind, it hasn't been quite as long as the photo implies but I haven't read it more than a few minutes here and there in the past week. I miss it!

Another blogger challenged his readers to read through the Bible in a year. I hadn't read through the Bible in a year two years for awhile so I decided it was a good time to start this again. Not sure if it is because my daughter has so changed me or if it is just that I'm older now but I can't remember EVER being so enthralled with what I was reading that I could hardly bear to put it down!

And my little girl loves my Bible too. In fact, she doesn't always like when I read it so she will take it from me to read for me. She is such a lovely little poppet! I know I will be okay for having missed a few days of reading my Bible, I won't get the time back I miss with her, though. She is so good and so patient.

I miss her too. I absolutely adore her! My arms hurt if I go too long without one of her hugs. I'm hoping that starting this business venture will help bring families to the children from Reece's Rainbow or other places throughout the world. I hope all the time this week has been for good. But now, I'm going to go to sleep so I can spend lots of time with her tomorrow. I think I'll read the Bible to her.

Write them on the door-frames of your houses and on your gates,
