Yes, whilst others are celebrating birthdays and anniversaries I'm cracking open my box of orange juice to toast to my first blog comment. I might even go all out and make a smoothie to share with the man of the house. Oh yes, we know how to live.
Wow, and its Friday night! Now I really know I've arrived! Or shall I say 'stalled'?
*one moment while I press PLAY on the Winnie the Pooh DVD.** Yeah, it's 11:00 pm and my nearly 3 year old daughter is awake. Well, I suppose she wouldn't be but she's just finished dinner. Oh well, sure 9:30 pm is probably late for dinner, but I couldn't give it to her sooner because she was napping.
I guess the nap was where I went wrong. Hmmm, no actually the nap was late because lunch was late because there was no food in the house because breakfast was late because I couldn't seem to get moving this morning. Probably because my alarm (her name is Little Poppet) awakened me only minutes after I went to sleep.
So, dinner was late because I went to bed at 5am. I went to bed at 5am because I was staring at blogger code to try to make this thing do all the things I want it to. It doesn't yet.
